Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nova Magon LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us"), for the use of WH-347 Pro.

The service

WH-347 Pro helps you prepare Form WH-347 certified payrolls. It is not legal or payroll advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of every payroll you sign and submit, and for checking requirements with your contracting agency.

Your account

Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity in your account. Do not enter full Social Security numbers or other data the app does not ask for.

Payment

The subscription costs $69 per year, billed yearly and renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Your data

You own the data you enter. Finalized payrolls stay available to download even after you cancel. See our Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other accounts, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
